That moment sparked an idea—what if there was a better way to connect people with their favorite street food? It was time to bring innovation to the world of street vendors.

I have a background in Computer Science with a concentration in Cybersecurity, and I’ve always had a passion for creating something from nothing. That passion led to the creation of Mi Elote.
